Return of goods
You can return goods within 14 days.
Return request must be created within 14 days of receiving the item.
How to return an item:
- Create a return by logging into your customer account and submitting a return request. You log in here
- Wait until you receive an email stating that your return has been approved. You will then be sent a shipping label and further instructions.
- Returns sent without creating a return request are sent at the sender's own risk and the sender must be responsible for return shipping.
- Please include your order number when returning an item. You can write your order number and contact information on a note and include it with the package.
- Returns cost 49kr and will be deducted from your refund.
Refund conditions:
All items must be saleable, meaning the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Shoes and clothing should not be visibly worn.
- Bikinis and underwear are not exchanged for hygienic reasons.
- Makeup and other beauty products should not be used.
- The goods must have their original label and packaging.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in your return not being refunded.

If you wish to complain about an item, please send an inquiry to post@hubes.no, stating the following:
- Write that it concerns a complaint.
- Order number
- Reason for the complaint
- Attach good pictures that show the defect in the item.
